CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return, please contact us including your order number. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days
